Managing the assets of your trust in accordance with the provisions — and intent — of the trust agreement. I can serve as: Trustee, Successor Trustee or Co-Trustee.

Serving as Executor or Administrator (where there is no will) of a decedent's estate, marshalling the assets of a decedent, paying creditors, making distributions to heirs, and otherwise executing the terms of the decedent's will.

Engaged by them to assist in trust or estate management, including preparing accountings, making disbursements, and advising on tax and financial matters.

Provide regular assessment of Trust Performance; reviewing quarterly with your investment advisor to ensure yours goals are met.
Review the Trust Agreement when major life cycles (death, birth, remarriage, etc.) or major financial changes occur, or there is a change in the law.
Submit a full Annual Accounting Report, providing a complete annual picture of all income, assets, disbursements, etc.
Gather all of the necessary information and engage CPA's to prepare annual Income Tax Returns.
